Motion Graphics

there they go

THERE THEY GO

With nowhere to go and no place to be these farm animals escape their daily routine. I was inspired by California’s Mid State Fair and imagined what it would be like if the animals decided to escape. This animation was created in Adobe Sketch and Adobe After Effects. Watch me!

hallooween countdown

HALLOWEEN COUNTDOWN

A ten-second count down to ring in the spookiest season of them all. The countdown highlights all of my favorite aspects of Halloween. It has a modern meme flare and ‘The Office’ fans will see a little surprise at the end. I used Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Audition, and Adobe Photoshop to create this piece. KINETIC TYPE POEM

‘Smart’ is a kinetic type motion graphic. I chose to feature a poem done by one of my favorite poets, Shel Silverstein. My goal was to create a motion graphic that is easy and fun to watch. I was inspired by Shel Silverstein’s childlike style through music and animation choice. This was created with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Audition. View my process or watch me!

pancake tile sequence

TITLE SEQUENCE

This motion graphic was designed as a title sequence for one of my favorite children’s books If You Give a Pig a Pancake. The original story follows one girl’s journey after she gives a pig a pancake. My title sequence was designed to narrate how the pancakes were made because the story begins when the pig gets her pancakes. The motion graphic serves as a prequel narrative based around the steps and ingredients to make a pancake. View my process or watch me!
